Belfast International Airport
Description
Belfast International is Northern Ireland’s busiest airport and the principal gateway to Northern Ireland.
Situated approximately 17 miles North West of Belfast City Centre (30 minutes away from Belfast City Centre by car via the M2 motorway). From the airport terminal, follow the signs for Belfast, through Templepatrick village and then onto the M2 motorway.
A regular airport express service with Ulsterbus links the airport with the city centre at the Europa Bus Centre (near the Europa Hotel). The journey time is approximately 30 minutes.
Car hire is advisable for visitors who wish to travel around Northern Ireland, and there are car hire desks located in the arrivals hall, all of which are open for all inbound flights.
Current airlines include EasyJet, Ryanair, Jet2, Wizz, Virgin Atlantic, Thomas Cook and TUI.
