The history of this building has ranged from a bonded warehouse to a butter merchants and now 44. The history of this vibrant restaurant is evident in the industrialised interior, from the exposed brick work to the metal beams dating back to the last century.

The restaurant can cater for large group booking of up to 100 people with a large outside BBQ space to be utilised when the weather is appropriate.
