INTX, a leading provider of bespoke transport solutions, recently celebrated its 25th anniversary at a special event in Liverpool. Clients, partners, and team members gathered at the Art School Restaurant to mark this significant milestone in the company’s journey from a family-run business in the Northwest to a trusted name in the UK and Ireland’s events and tourism sectors.

Founded in 1999, INTX has grown steadily, building strong relationships across the UK, including in Northern Ireland. Over the years, the company has supported major events and tourism initiatives, providing reliable and professional transport for clients visiting iconic locations such as Titanic Belfast and the Giant’s Causeway.

A Milestone Year

The 25th anniversary follows a record-breaking year for INTX with key achievements including:

  • Sustained Growth: The company’s most successful year yet in 2023, with a 40% increase in growth.
  • Industry Recognition: Secured second place in the Supplier of the Year category at the miaList Awards 2024.
  • Sustainability Leadership: Achieved a Green Tourism Silver Award and three consecutive years as a Good Business Charter-accredited company.

A Family Legacy

At the heart of INTX’s success is its family ethos. In 2023, Andrew welcomed his son, Mark Globe, as Director, bringing fresh energy and new ideas to the company. Together, they are leading INTX into its next chapter of growth, with a continued focus on providing sustainable and innovative transport solutions.

Looking to the Future

As INTX reflects on its 25 years, the company is excited about its plans for future growth, with continued investment in sustainability, client service, and partnerships like the one with Visit Belfast. “The last 25 years have been an incredible journey,” said Mark Globe. “We’re looking forward to building on our successes and strengthening our connections in Northern Ireland and beyond.”
