  • Potato, parsley and thyme soup with chorizo and parsley pesto served with Soda focaccia with red onions, olives and rosemary.
  • Pan-fried chicken paillarde with rocket and roasted tomatoes, garlic aioli and crispy sautéed potatoes with rosemary.

Dinner with Rachel Allen £95pp | 22nd October | 6pm
Join us for an exclusive dining experience with Rachel Allen, where the celebrated cook from Ballymaloe Cookery school, will demonstrate dishes from her latest cookery book, provide hints and tips to cooking success in the kitchen.

The cookery demonstration will be followed by a 3-course meal from Rachel and served with a glass of bubbles, prepared by the Waterman team.

  • Wild mushroom soup with mushroom and Parmesan bruschetta and simple Ballymaloe white yeast bread.
  • Italian Beef Stew with gremolata
  • Chocolate mousse with salted caramel sauce and pistachio langues de chat.

Rachel’s latest book to hit the shelves is ‘Soup Broth Bread: 120 Vibrant and Heartwarming Recipes’ which will be on sale at the event and guests will have the opportunity to meet, greet and get their copy signed by the author herself.
