Crumlin Road Gaol’s brand new restaurant, ‘Cuffs Bar & Grill’ will create 30 jobs when it unlocks its doors this summer
The award-winning Belfast tourist attraction and conference centre has launched a recruitment campaign this week for a variety of positions ranging from Head Chef and Sous Chef positions to Waiting and Bar Staff roles. Following a £350,000 investment, it is the latest establishment to boost Belfast’s blossoming restaurant scene.
Interested candidates are encouraged to get applying as soon as possible for the sought after positions, with applications open until Friday 6 May.

“The focus of Cuffs Bar & Grill will be on fantastic food, with first class service in an incredibly unique setting. We are confident it will be a hit with locals in Belfast as well as those further afield and of course for the expanding number of tourists to the area.”
The opening of ‘Cuffs Bar & Grill’ is taking place during Tourism NI’s Year of Food and Drink which is celebrates the quality and creativity in Norther Ireland’s food and drink industry. With exquisite menus created from locally sourced produce, Cuffs Bar and Grill will aim to boost Northern Ireland’s food and drink reputation by putting it at the heart of the tourism experience.
Open seven days a week, Cuffs Bar & Grill will offer delicious menus to suit all tastes in addition to a vast selection of premium wines, spirits, beers and cocktails. Special events menus and packages to suit their popular ‘Live At The Crum’ concert nights will also be available.
